Anishinabi Lodge is a cozy little Northwestern Ontario Fly-In Fishing lodge on the picturesque Anishinabi Lake. On the main island along with the lodge are four beautiful lakefront cottages. Away from the main island, also on Anishinabi Lake, is a beautiful outpost cabin called Williams Narrows. Experience first-class accommodations and fish Anishinabi for trophy Lake Trout, Smallmouth, and Northern. A short portage off of Anishinabi will put you into some of the best Walleye, Northern, Perch lakes in the area. Our main base is at Northern Lights Resort on Cedar Lake, 25 miles North of Vermilion Bay, Ontario and Anishinabi is a quick 10 minute flight from there.

When staying at Anishinabi Lodge, you also have the option of taking a day fly-in trip to one of our famous catch-and-release Walleye & Northern Lakes: Zizania Lake or Gould Lake.

6-7 Day Trip...... $1320 per person + tax

3-5 Day Trip......$1215 per person + tax

Day Fly-In Fishing Trip from Anishinabi..................$300 per person + tax

  • Currently, visitors to Canada will be required to present valid passports to border officials upon arrival by land, as well as by air or sea. Passports are mandatory for re-entry to the U.S., so please be sure to have this document when you leave the country, as you will not be able to return to the U.S. without it. To have a hassle-free entry into Canada, as well as returning to the states, have your passports open and ready for viewing by officials upon arrival at the border.

 All rates are per person, in U.S. funds and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include 13% HST tax. Fly-In Fishing reservations require a $300 US deposit per person upon booking. Deposits are non-refundable.

What Your Package Includes

Our Fly-In package offers everything you need for an unforgettable trip:

  • Transportation: Round-trip flights to and from the base.

  • Accommodation: Stay in a comfortable cabin for 5-7 nights, equipped with hot and cold running water, electric fridges, showers, stoves with ovens, gas BBQs, gas fish cookers, and well-lit interiors powered by Honda generators.

  • Fishing Equipment: Well-maintained 14 or 16-foot boats with swivel seats, new or near-new 8HP or 9.9HP motors, landing nets, minnow buckets, paddles, and live minnows.

  • Supplies: Fuel for outboards and generators, ice, water, and mid-week camp checks.

  • Kitchen Essentials: Dishes, cooking, and eating utensils are provided at all cabins.

  • Please bring your own bedding!

Deposit Requirements

  • A $300USD deposit per person is required at the time of booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, except within the same calendar year for the original group.

  • Groups arriving with fewer members than booked will forfeit the deposit(s) of absent members.

  • Deposits can be made via personal cheques, payable to Clark's Outposts. If mailing a cheque, please include the Deposit Form.

Other Important Information

  • Fuel Surcharge: We reserve the right to impose a fuel surcharge without notice.

  • Taxes: Tax is extra and not included in the quoted rates.

  • Payment:

Travel Requirements

  • Passports:

    • A valid passport is required for entry into Canada, whether arriving by land, air, or sea.

    • To ensure a smooth border crossing, have your passport ready for inspection upon arrival.

  • Border Information: Follow all instructions provided by border officials for a hassle-free entry and exit experience.

How do you pack for a fly-in experience?

Please carefully consider the following guidelines on how to pack for your fly-out.

If you have any questions, please reach out directly and we’ll be happy to discuss more.

  • Pack all groceries in cardboard boxes, which can be burned.

  • Carefully plan your meals and make a list so that nothing is duplicated.

  • If you plan on eating fish, do not pack a lot of extra food.

  • Please do not pack (anything) in hard Rubbermaid containers – they are too bulky to pack on the plane.

  • Please limit coolers to one medium-sized cooler per 2-3 people.
    Please DO NOT pack in oversized coolers.

  • Pack all other gear in soft-sided duffel bags, no more than 50 lbs each.

  • SPECIAL WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS FOR ANISHINABI LAKE ONLY: EACH PERSON MAY PACK 140 LBS. This includes EVERYTHING that will be going on the plane with you (ie. food, beverages, fishing supplies, personal gear). There are no exceptions to this weight limit, regardless of how many people are going on the plane, 140 lbs per person is max.

  • Anything over the 140 lbs/person weight limit can be flown in at a cost of $1/pound.

  • Do not bring beverages in glass bottles – cans only!

  • Bottled water is supplied (ONLY ONE CASE PER PERSON PER WEEK). If you require more water please bring your own or it can be purchased for $25/case.

  • Sort your tackle box before your trip. Take out anything you won't need! 

  • The most important thing you will pack is LOTS of 1/8 oz. lead head jigs (any colour). 

  • If possible, put your fishing rods in tubes and make sure all lures are off the lines.

  • Your bags of ice will be flown in with you (at no extra charge).

  • Live bait (minnows) will be flown in with you as well (at no extra charge).

  • You will be checked on periodically to replenish your supply of live bait and ice (at no extra charge).
