DeHavilland DHC-3 “Polish” Otter
The Otter is the ultimate workhorse of the bush flying industry. On top of being able to move up to 9 passengers, this legendary bush-plane can haul 16 foot lumber, full 4x8 sheets of plywood and panelling, fridges and stoves, snowmobiles, atv’s etc.
The original DHC-3 Otter came with a 600hp Pratt & Whitney radial engine, but the pride of our fleet has been upgraded to a Polish built 1000HP radial engine giving it the power to get in and out of almost any lake. This powerful machine also has upgross and STOL (Short Take-Off and Landing) kits which provide the best possible performance and load capacity for our customers.
